I’m Mina,
a multi-disciplinary designer synthesizing Computer Engineering discipline with HCI empathy to create purposeful products that are good for people.
Engineering Empathy
I am not just a designer, I’m a thinker, a problem-solver. A Computer Engineer evolving into a Product Design leader. My work is dedicated to understanding why people interact with technology the way they do, and building intuitive solutions that meet real needs. I combine deep technical insight with user research to craft products that are not only well-built, but truly good for people.
01
User-Centered Mindset
Every decision starts with empathy. I rigorously apply mixed-method research; combining technical data analysis with qualitative user interviews—to uncover unmet needs and latent desires. The goal is to move beyond feature requests and truly understand the core human problem we are solving.
02
Ethical & Inclusive Design
I design with accountability, ensuring products are accessible, equitable, and ethical. This involves proactively auditing designs for bias, prioritizing WCAG standards, and mitigating potential negative social impacts, reflecting a commitment to building responsible technology.
03
Team Culture
I champion an environment built on psychological safety and collaborative feedback. True innovation comes from cross-functional work, encouraging designers, engineers, and product managers to challenge assumptions, fail fast, and learn rapidly from both successes and missteps.
04
Continuous Learning
The product landscape evolves daily, and I believe growth is non-negotiable. I constantly seek out new methodologies, from advanced HCI frameworks to modern technical tooling, ensuring I can adapt to complexity and always push for the next level of design and product maturity.
